WHY A FITNESS BLOG?

Well, my main reason for starting a fitness blog is to share my story and to inspire others. If you read about my fitness journey, you know health and fitness has saved my life both physically and mentally. I was a mess physically, drinking constantly and eating horribly & on top of that not working out at all. Mentally, I hated myself and was battling depression. When I found fitness my life completely changed!

I have learned so much in the past year about health and fitness that I want to share it with you! I am not a nutritionist or a personal trainer (yet) but have learned an amazing amount of information through life experiences such as bikini competitions & studying for my personal training certificate.

I pray that I can help someone’s life by sharing my journey through this blog. I am so passionate about fitness and helping people, so that is my purpose behind this.

        Wow ha im sure you did well, what did you place at your last competition and how did it feel being up there? and what’s reverse dieting?

    Awe thank you ! I placed first in my class and top 5 out of 44 in my most recent competition ! The feeling of being on stage is probably the greatest and scariest moment ever. I am standing up there in front of judges critiquing my body , which is incredibly nerve racking ! But I love the stage and can’t wait to be up there again ! And reverse dieting is where you gradually increase your carbs from what they were towards the end of training for the show, I’ll write a post about it !
